1. The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 609 of 2020.
2. It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the order 30.07.2019 passed in W.P.(S) No. 4331 of 2009 as well as the order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 609 of 2020 have been complied.
3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is hereby dropped.
4. The present contempt case stands disposed of.

5. The petitioners are, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law for redressal of their subsisting grievance.
