Heard the learned counsel on either side. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an identical request had earlier been rejected by the first respondent by proceedings dated 05.08.2025. Therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law. 4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the first respondent dated 05.08.2025 in the manner known to law.
