Petitioner is challenging the order dated 16.03.2026 passed by respondent no. 2/ District Magistrate, Haridwar in Case No. 24/ 2025, whereby his arms licence was cancelled. 4. Learned State Counsel points out that Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959 provides for an appeal, therefore, writ petition would not be maintainable. 5. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said contention. 6. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appellate forum.
