SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 06.01.2026 made in W.P(MD)No. 17640 of 2021. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent and raised objection by submitting that the reasons furnished by the petitioners are not sufficient to condone the delay. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
