The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 42 days in filing appeal, challenging the award, dated 26.03.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.445 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Judge) Dindigul. 2. Despite receipt of notice, first respondent has not turned up. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and also perused the records. 4.It is evident from the records that the petitioner's earlier application to condone the delay in representing the appeal papers in CMP(MD) No.6255 of 2026 came to be allowed on 02.06.2026. 5.
