SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 11.02.2026 made in W.P(MD)No. 3682 of 2026. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the petitioner had suffered from chickenpox and was unable to communicate with the advocate. Consequently, there has been a delay in filing the petition. 3.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
