The date of birth of the victim girl is 01.05.2007. She has attained majority on 01.05.2025. On attaining majority, she had married the first accused on 18.05.2025 and the marriage has been registered before the Sub Registrar, Illuppur on 02.07.2026. 3. Today, the victim girl had appeared in-person before this Court on 29.06.2026 and submitted that she had married the first accused and therefore, the charge sheet may be quashed. However, for production of marriage certificate, it was adjourned today. Today the marriage certificate has been produced. 4. Considering the fact that the victim girl had married the first accused and the marriage has also been registered, the charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.126 of 2025, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukottai District, stands quashed.
