Koza, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Ajungle, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State Respondents. 2. The petitioner in the present writ petition has projected that in pursuance to a process of selection, he was engaged as a Chief Mentor, at the Innovation Hub & Space Education Center, Dimapur, Nagaland. Such engagement of the petitioner was so effected vide an order dated 23.07.2018. The petitioner further projects that his initial engagement, which was for a period of 06 (six) months, however, was subsequently extended from time to time and he continues to hold the said post even as on date, on contractual basis. 3. The petitioner projects that the respondent authorities had vide a notification dated 18.08.2023, created 04 (four) post under the Directorate of Science & Technology, Government of Nagaland, and amongst the posts created, 02 (two) posts were of Junior Scientific Officer. The petitioner submits that he is entitled to be considered for regularization of his services against the post of Junior Scientific Officer as created vide the notification dated 18.08.2023. The petitioner had vide Page No.# 3/4 representation dated 08.09.2025 and representation dated 23.03.2026, approached before the Director, Department of Science & Technology, Government of Nagaland, and the Principal Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Science & Technology, respectively, praying for regularization of his services against the said post of Junior Scientific Officer. 4. Mr. A. Zho, learned Senior Counsel, for the petitioner, submits that the said representations submitted by the petitioner, has remained unconsidered till date. He further prays that the present writ petition be disposed by directing the respondent authorities to consider the claims made by the petitioner in the said representations and to dispose of the same by way of issuing a speaking order. 5. Mr. Ajungle, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State Respondents, submits that the prayer of the petitioner being only for consideration of his representations, he would have no objection, in the event, this Court dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the said representation(s). 6. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the materials available on record. 7. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner having prayed only for a direction for disposal of the representations submitted by the Page No.# 4/4 petitioner in the matter praying for consideration of his case for regularization of his services against the said post of junior Scientific Officer, as created by the said notification dated 18.08.2023, this Court has not proceeded to examine the present writ petition on its merits. Accordingly, no opinion is rendered with regard to the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services against the post of Junior Scientific Officer. 8. In view of the above discussion, the Respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations dated 08.09.2025 and 23.03.2026, strictly in accordance with law and to dispose of the same by way of issuance of a speaking order. The speaking order so issued be communicated to the petitioner. The representations submitted by the petitioner be considered and disposed of by issuance of a speaking order within a period of 03 (three) months from the date of the receipt of a certified copy of this order by the respondent nos.2 and 3. 9.
