Heard Sri Girish A Yadawad, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri P.N.Hatti, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1. 2. Petitioner is the accused No.2 being the mother of the victim. Charges alleged against her in the case is that she abetted the commission of the offence by the main accused. 3. Accused is in custody on and from 16.11.2025. Since the charge sheet is filed, continuation of the accused in judicial custody is no longer warranted. 4. The other apprehension expressed by the prosecution can be met with by imposing suitable and stringent conditions. 5. Accordingly, following: ORDER i. Petition is allowed. ii.
Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on taking a bond in a sum of ₹50,000/- with one

surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge. iii. Petitioner shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses in any manner. iv. Petitioner shall attend the Court regularly. v. Petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Uttara Kannada, Karwar District without their permission.
