It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from serious ailment and is undergoing dialysis regularly. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, learned counsel is given liberty to approach the appropriate authority for resolving the dispute of medical bills, if any. List this case on 10.10.2025.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner himself is suffering from serious medical problem as such the counsel/his representative may be granted liberty to approach the concerned opposite parties for resolving the dispute of medical bills. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties refers to the previous order and submits that the liberty was already given to approach the appropriate authority for balance of medical bills. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, 2026:JHHC:9731 2 no contempt is made out and accordingly, the instant contempt case stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner/his representative duly appointed by the petitioner to appear before the Chairman, State Medical Board, RIMS, Ranchi for resolving the dispute of medical bills.
