Sundar, CJ) 19.06.2026 [1] After some arguments, Mr. M. Rustam, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned Writ Petition (WP) and captioned Miscellaneous Case (MC) thereat but made a further plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioners and/or any other similarly placed persons or anyone concerned for this matter to come to this Court qua the same issue after making requisite course correction/s. [2] To be noted, in the hearing, it came to light that certain errors have crept in qua captioned WP and captioned MC and that has necessitated withdrawal of the captioned WP and captioned MC thereat. [3] A scanned reproduction of endorsement made by learned counsel on record for writ petitioners in the case file as regards withdrawal is as follows: [4] In the light of the narration thus far, captioned WP and captioned MC thereat are disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of writ petitioner and/or any other similarly placed persons or anyone concerned for this matter to come to this Court qua the same issue after making necessary course correction/s qua errors that have crept in as regards captioned WP and captioned MC thereat.
