However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 23.12.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 23.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land.
