Mr. Vishesh Shrivastava, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a suitable order or direction directing the Learned Trial Court to decide the 6C2 Application (Interim Injunction Application) filed by the Plaintiff/Petitioners in O.S No. 24 of 2024 “Harminder Kaur Shergill vs. Narender Mittal and another” within 1 month or as early as possible, further till disposal of the aforesaid application the parties may be directed to maintain status quo over the property . 3. The petitioner is plaintiff in O.S. No. 24 of 2024 wherein an application 6C2 was moved for seeking interim temporary injunction and the same is pending since last two years. He submits that the plaintiff is an old aged lady of 72 years and the defendants are adopting delaying tactics, therefore, the trial court be directed to decide the 6C2 pending application as an early date. 4. The relief as sought appears to be innocuous and taking into consideration the age of the petitioner who is 72 years old lady, the trial court is directed to decide the 6C2 application filed in O.S. No. 24 of 2024 “Harminder Kaur Shergill vs. Narender Mittal and another” positively within 15 days from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order. 5.
