JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Judgment / Order 05/03/2026 [2026:RJ-JP:9498-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-451/2025] Pursuant to order of this Court dated 23.02.2026, the missing girl Ms. “P” is produced before us by Ms. Charul Gupta (RPS), C.O., Neemrana, District Kotputali-Behror. Indisputably, she is minor. On interaction, she stated that she wants to go to Balika Grah and not to her parental home. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of in following terms:- (1) The Police authorities are directed to keep Ms. “P” in Lado Pariya Balika Grah Anath Ashram, 91-B, Taruchhaya Nagar, Taro Ki Koont, Tonk Road, Jaipur, 302029 and the State Authorities are directed to ensure her well-being till she attains the age of majority. (2) The parents are at liberty to meet her as per applicable rules and regulations. (3) It is clarified that if Ms. “P” wants to reside with her parents in future, she is at liberty to move an appropriate application in this regard before the competent forum.
