The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Palajori PS Case No.59 of 2025, for offence registered under section 81, 90(2), 89, 64(1), 61(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Sessions Judge, Camp at Madhupur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the alleged relationship between the petitioner and the complainant was there since March, 2024 to 31.01.2025. He next submits that unnecessarily the complaint case has been field which has been subsequently converted into the FIR. He also submits that in the meantime, the informant’s marriage was solemnized with another person and when the information about the relationship between the petitioner and the informant came to the knowledge of the husband of the complainant, the husband of the informant has divorced the informant and thereafter she has again pressurized the 2026:JHHC:10359 2 petitioner to marry her and thereafter only, the present case has been lodged. He next submits that the case is further falsified as the sister of this petitioner has been said to be conspirator for making the petitioner close to the informant. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that on the false pretext of marriage, the relationship was established. 5. Admittedly, initially, the complaint case was filed which was later on converted into FIR. The relationship, as per the complaint petition, was since March, 2024 till 30.01.2025, and in the meantime, the informant has solemnized marriage with another person, and subsequently, that person has divorced the informant, and thereafter, again she has pressurized the petitioner to marry her and even the sister of the petitioner is said to be the conspirator for making the petitioner close to the informant. Prima-facie, it appears that this is an after-thought allegation made against the petitioner, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
