Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed as Sub-Engineer in Madhya Pradesh Rajya Sahakari Bank, Bilaspur. Petitioner retired from service while working on the post of Branch Manager. After retirement, petitioner was entitled for amount of gratuity of Rs.20.00 Lakhs, however, he has been paid only Rs.18.00 Lakhs and remaining Rs.2.00 Lakhs has not been paid to him. Petitioner was continuously making demand of gratuity since the date of his superannuation, however, till date it has not been paid, therefore, petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.5 for disbursing the balance amount of gratuity of Rs.2.00 Lakhas along with interest, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.5 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 2. Learned State counsel submits that claim of petitioner is against respondent No.5 for whom she is not appearing. 3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, nature of grievance raised in particular the claim of petitioner is with regard to disbursement of balance amount of gratuity of Rs.2.00 lakhs, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent No.5 raising all the grounds as raised in this petition and in the event, 3 petitioner submits such representation, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
