This is a petition seeking modification of condition, S.No.(iii) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.11.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal or make arrangement seeking dispensation and appear on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court. 2.On instructions, Mr.A.Amarnath, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been regular in complying the aforesaid direction from 01.12.2025 till date. He thus does not have any serious objections for relaxation as sought for. 3.In light of the aforesaid, condition in S.No.(iii) imposed on 18.11.2025 is modified to read as follows: (iii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 12131 of 2026 __________ 4.
