When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondents had taken steps to comply with the order passed by this Court. He further submitted that, though the patta stands in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner is not in actual possession and enjoyment of a portion of the property. It was further submitted that the persons in possession of the said property obstructed the Surveyor from surveying the house property measuring 931 square feet. However, except for the said extent, the remaining property has been surveyed and a report has also been prepared. 3. A perusal of the survey report reveals that the property comprised in Survey No.73/1A1, measuring an extent of 1.10 cents, has been surveyed, except the house property measuring 931 square feet. 4.
