RKM ORDER This Civil Revision Petition (CRP) has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit O.S.No.184 of 2021 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Dharapuram. 2. The suit has been filed for permanent injunction against the sixth respondents/defendant. The suit is now ripe for trial. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Dharapuram, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.184 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them in this CRP is dispensed with.
