This Criminal Original Petition seeks a speedy trial and disposal of C.C.No.131 of 2025. 2. Considering the nature of relief, the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) was heard. 3. The following factors are considered : (a). This is a case of the year 2025 and is at the stage of issuing summon to the listed witnesses. (b) There are six witnesses to be examined in this case. 4. Considering all the above, the petitioner and the prosecution are directed to co-operate for the early disposal, and the Police shall take steps to serve summons on the listed witnesses on the concerned date. The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram is requested to expedite the Trial in C.C.No.131 of 2025 and complete the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of the web-copy of the order. 5.
