Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The primordial submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the decree is inexecutable since the very description of the Village, in which, the suit property is situate, has been mis-described. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even a first appeal is pending in AS SR No.2083 of 2025. Admittedly, there is no interim stay granted by the first appellate Court. The petitioner has also not questioned the executability of the decree in a manner known to law. 4. In such view of the matter, I do not see any necessity for setting aside or interfering with the order of the Executing Court granting delivery. 5. There is no merit in the revision and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
