ORDER:
1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not relieving the Petitioner from the office of Respondent No.3 to report in Respondent No.1-Department pursuant to her appointment as Assistant Section Officer by transfer vide Office Order Ms.No.121, dated 16.03.2023 in A.P. Secretariat and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I would submit that the issue in this case is squarely covered by a Common
Order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16103 of 2023 and 10676 of 2023 and requested to dispose of this case in terms of the said Common Order.
3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the Common Order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16103 of 2023 and 10676 of 2023, with the following directions; (1) The impugned Office Order Ms.No.121 dated 16.03.2023 issued by Respondent No.1 is set-aside.

(2) The Petitioner shall be relieved from her post in the Office of Respondent No.3 within a period of four (04) weeks from today in terms of her appointment orders as Assistant Section Officer in A.P. Secretariat.
(3) On being relieved from the Office of Respondent No.3, the Petitioner shall be permitted to be joined as Assistant Section Officer in A.P. Secretariat without any further hurdles.
(4) No order as to costs.”
4. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
