WP No. 11581 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner of the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and she is also in possession of the same. The petitioner had given a representation on 17.11.2025 to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.
