2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner, a retired employee of the respondent-Management, was occupying the residential quarters allotted to her during the course of her service. The respondent initiated eviction proceedings in E.P. No. 20 of 2025 before the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore, seeking her eviction from the quarters. By an order dated 22.06.2026, the Labour Court allowed the eviction petition and directed the petitioner to hand over vacant possession of the premises within one month. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has preferred the present Civil Revision Petition. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner undertakes to vacate the premises and hand over vacant possession on or before 21.09.2026. 4. In view of the specific undertaking given by the petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 21.09.2026, notice to the respondent-Management is dispensed with. 5. Recording the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the quarters to the respondent-Management on or before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

21.09.2026. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to vacate the premises on or before 21.09.2026, the respondent-Management is at liberty to evict the petitioner and take possession of the quarters in accordance with law.
