Mr. Yuvraj Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the Complainant. 4. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.97 of 2026 under Section 115(2), 352 & 69 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, P.S. Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is a girl, with the age, under the brackets wherein she can be specifically called as major; her date of birth is 12.07.2000 as per records. The applicant and the victim were in relationship wherein the applicant had earlier assured her that he would marry her but later did not fulfil the promise and hence he was roped in the present matter. 6. The victim is present before this Court and said that now the applicant is agreed to marry her and she does not want to proceed with the matter any further. 7. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the bail application and learned counsel for the victim Mr. Yuwraj Bhatnagar, identifies the victim as who she is. 8. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and after interacting with the victim, this Court is of the view that it is a fit case for bail subject to her (victim) furnishing the age certificate. 9. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Jeevesh be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 10.
