A Modification Application being MCRC No. 2 of 2026 has been filed seeking correction/modification of paragraph no. 1 of the judgment and order dated 05.05.2026 passed in the present bail application, on the ground that due to typographical inadvertence the name of learned counsel has been mentioned as “Advocate Gaurav Kanpdal” instead of “Advocate Gaurav Nagpal”. 4. For the reasons stated in the modification application, the same is allowed. 5. Accordingly, in paragraph no. 1 of the judgment and order dated 05.05.2026, the name “Advocate Gaurav Kanpdal” shall be read as “Advocate Gaurav Nagpal”. 6.
