Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent and the name of the 2nd respondent has been printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. 2. This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 127 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and also carefully perused the records. 4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 127 days is condoned. 5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. 6.
