Petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging clause No. 1 ¼M½ added in the communication dated 17.12.2007 by Directorate, Soldier Welfare and Rehabilitation. He has also sought a direction to the competent authority to consider his case for regularisation under Uttarakhand Regulation Rules, 2013. 3. Today, matter is listed on application (IA/5792/2026), seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. Ms. Riddhi Joshi, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Shobhit Saharia, Advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and petitioner be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the competent authority by making representation. 4.
