Page No.# 2/2 The Case Diary reveals that along with suspicion of carrying illegal cattle in pathetic, overcrowded condition with no provision for food, water or adequate space etc., allegations are also there, that fake documents like permit to transport the cattle and fake purchase receipts etc. had been seized from the persons arrested, who were accompanying the cattle. The petitioner appears to be the driver of the vehicle, who had evaded arrest during the road traffic accident. On perusal of the Case Diary, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner at this stage cannot be considered. Accordingly, the same is rejected at this stage.
