PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.,’)/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) seeking to grant pre-arrest bail to the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 in Crime No.83 of 2025 of Kadiri Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 308(5) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’). 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. Mr.Ala Chandrasekhar Yadav, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the Investigating Officer has issued a notice contemplated under Section 35(3) of ‘the BNSS’ to the Petitioners. 4. Mr.A.Sai Rohith, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that the Petitioners have already filed a Criminal Petition seeking quashment of the proceedings, wherein a direction was issued to the Police not to take coercive steps against them. 5.
