By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.406/2020 registered with Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur City (East) for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 427, 451, 511 and 34 IPC. 2. The contents of the petition indicate that before approaching this Court, the petitioner has already filed several representations before the concerning higher officer including the Investigating Officer with regard to the same prayer, which has been made before this Court. This Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file one more representation before the respondents, if the investigation is still lying pending. 4. If such representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of seven day from today, it is expected from the authorities concerned to decide the same strictly in accordance with law and in case, the investigation has been completed and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted, then this order would not have any bearing. 5.
