Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The 10 years girl was taken away and thereafter assaulted by this petitioner. There are mark of violence on the face of the victim, which is also corroborated from medical examination report. 5. Considering the direct nature of allegation, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 30 of 2025 arising out of Peshrar PS 2026:JHHC:5296 2 Case No. 06 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lohardaga stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail, after examination of the victim.
