The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1)/115(2)/126(2)/303(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rakesh Kumar @ Rakesh Yadav @ Rakesh Kumar Yadav has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.01.2026 passed in B.A. No. 11583/2025. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 04.10.2025 and the chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the petitioner’s prayer for bail. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saraikella in connection with Gamharia P.S.
