Counsel for RR-1 and 2 ORDER The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the direction issued by the 1st respondent in the proceedings R.R.No.30/2020, dated 03.03.2026 to recover the compound interest from the 3rd respondent/Management as per Section 8 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and to disburse the same within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner is seeking direction against the respective respondents regarding the recovery of the interest amount, as sought for by the petitioner in the prayer made in this Writ Petition. It is to be noted that orders are already passed by the first respondent on 03.03.2026. It is for the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proceedings and take steps to recover the amounts that are sought by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
