It has been fairly submitted by the learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioners that all the 13 charge-sheet witnesses have been examined. It has also been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 09.12.2024. 4. Regard being had to the fact that the trial is at its fag end, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
