No. 99 of 2024 is pending from the year 2024, the petitioner seeks early disposal of the said O.P. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Principal Sub Court, Vridhachalam, to dispose of O.P. No. 99 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5. Accordingly, this Court directs the Principal Sub Court, Vridhachalam, to dispose of O.P. No. 99 of 2024 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of.
