Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Abhishek Kumar Singh who is in custody since 02.11.2024 in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned CJM, Palamau, is pressed into motion. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 02.09.2025 passed in B.A. No. 1188 of 2025 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court with an observation for renewal of bail application after three months. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that out of eight witnesses only one charge sheeted witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on depositing security of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
