The prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide three representations made by him pertaining to grant of CAS by counting the period of contractual service rendered by him. 2. Learned State counsel points out that the petitioner raised the same controversy in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 126 of 2025. It was dismissed by this Court and the order passed by Uttarakhand Public Service Tribunal dated 22.01.2025 repelling the claim has been 1 2026:UHC:3909-DB upheld. He submits that in such circumstances, the petitioner cannot be permitted to re-open the controversy in grab of seeking decision on his representations. 3. We find force in the submission of learned State Counsel. 4. The writ petition filed by the petitioner against the order of Uttarakhand Tribunal Public Service declining to grant benefit of contractual service for purposes of CAS having been dismissed, the instant writ petition is also dismissed. 5.
