Writ Petition No.18816/2024 has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: " It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and call for the entire record relating to the case and after examine the same- (i) By way an appropriate writ, order of direction in the nature thereof and thereby respondents may kindly be directed to not given retirement to petitioner after attaining age of 60 years and given service extension to petitioner on the post of Account Assistant till the age of 65 years in Panchayat Samiti Tonk, Dist. Tonk in the larger interest of justice. (ii) Issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner." 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the controversy involved in the writ petition is no mere res integra and has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 05.03.2026, passed in the case of Bhanwar Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4328/2025, after taking into consideration provision of Rule 11 of the Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Post Rules, 2022 [2026:RJ-JP:11530] (3 of 3) [CCP-538/2025] 3. In view of the observations made by this Court in the case of Bhanwar Singh (supra), Writ Petition No.18816/2024 stands dismissed. 4. In view of the dismissal of the original Writ Petition No.18816/2024, in which interim order alleged to be not complied with has been passed, no case of wilfull and deliberate disobedience is made out. Hence the contempt petition is also dismissed. 5. Notices of contempt petition stand discharged. 6. Pending application(s), if any, stand dismissed. 7.
