It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that during pendency of Encroachment Appeal No.2 of 2026 before the Sub-Collector, Jajpur, the Tahasildar is proceeding for eviction of the petitioner from the case land. 3. Considering such limited grievance of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Sub-Collector, Jajpur (O.P.No.3) to dispose of Encroachment Appeal No.2 of 2026, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till disposal of the appeal by Sub-Collector, the Petitioner may not be evicted from the case land. 4. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application. ( B.P.
