Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint before Respondent No.3/SDO(Revenue) against the unlawfully granting of Patta of Khasra No.544/2 situated at village Rajpur, Tahsil Rajpur, District Balrampur Ramanujganj to respondent No.4, which is marked in Surguja Settlement as Grazing Land (Gochar Bhumi). Upon receiving the complaint of petitioner, Respondent No.3 has registered a Revenue case No.202504270700012/A-19(4), on 12/02/2025. However, the said revenue case has not reached to its logical conclusion till date. Hence, at this stage, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.3 to the decide the said case within stipulate time. 3. Learned State counsel would not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer and assured that the said case will be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. Having considered the limited grievance of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid Revenue case No.202504270700012/A-19(4) expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/submission of copy of this order. 5.
