Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the representation dated January 10, 2025, submitted in this regard. In the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA 8279 of 2025 is disposed of with a direction upon the Pradhan, Khar Gram Panchayat, respondent no. 6, to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners, annexed at page 45 of the writ petition, in 2 accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
