JUDGMENT:-
Mr. K. Praveen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. D. Venkata Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that a memo was filed before the Registry on 02.07.2026, inter alia, stating that the Managing Director of the respondent- Company died on 29.07.2025, consequently, the learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the execution proceedings by not pressing execution petition in O.S. No.111 of 2010 on the file of the learned XII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, and accordingly, the said Execution Petition stood dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the appellants further submits that, in view of the dismissal of the execution petition as not pressed, no further orders survive for consideration in the present appeal, and the appeal has therefore become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the present appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending and the Interim Order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
