When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, aggrieved by the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in W.P.No. 41018 of 2025, the respondent has preferred a Writ Appeal, in which an order of interim stay of the operation of the order passed by this Court has been granted. 3. In view of the interim order passed in the Writ Appeal, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition, if necessary, depending upon the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
