3. By the instant contempt petition petitioners prayed for to call upon the Respondents/ Contemnors and punish them suitably for intentional, deliberate and willful disobedience of the directions contained in the
judgment dated 10th October 2018, passed by the Writ Court in the Writ Petition (S/S) No. 240 of 2018,
"Arvind Shekhar & Ors. Vs. State of Uttarakhand & Ors.", along with batch of writ petition leading WPSS No. 2271 of 2018, whereby the Hon'ble Writ Court disposed of petitions in terms of the judgment dated 11.12.2012 rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in SPA No. 258 of 2012, which was in respect of grant of pay scale.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the issue is squarely covered by the order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in Civil Contempt No. 509 of 2020 ‘Naresh Das vs. Ranjeet Sinha and another’ wherein this Court recorded the statement given by the State Counsel that special fund has been allotted in order to comply the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 11.12.2012 and necessary budget will be released.
4. In such view of the matter, the instant contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the
order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in Civil Contempt No. 509 of 2020 ‘Naresh Das vs. Ranjeet Sinha and another’.
