Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has written many letters to the petitioner, however, nobody is coming forward to impart instructions. He also submits that this is the 1rst time he has come to know about the factum of death of the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the legal heirs of the petitioner are not coming forward to impart instructions, it can safely be presumed that they are not interested in pursuing the litigation. 4.
