Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Ms. Talari Rajeswari, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent police are interfering in the civil disputes relating to the petitioner’s land and are aiding the private respondents. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that, as per the records of Kanaganapalli Police Station, no representation or complaint has been received either from the petitioner or from the unofficial respondents herein with regard to the alleged disputes. Therefore, the allegation that the respondent police are 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.8889 of 2026 Dated 06.04.2026 interfering in a civil dispute or calling the petitioner to the police station without any lawful basis is baseless. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.4. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
