On going through the papers and also the Award of the Tribunal, I do not find any infirmity especially in the light of the orders already passed by this Court following the decisions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the decision of the Division Bench of this Court, warranting interference in revision. 3. Accordingly, there is no merit in the revision and the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
