The petitioners had submitted representations dated 11.01.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to these respective writ petitions. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 3, 4 and 6. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 7 to 11, notice to them in these writ petitions is dispensed with. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent, if the aforesaid representations of the petitioners are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections from the private respondents as well as any other party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the land in question, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the private respondents, and also to any other party, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to these respective writ petitions, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
