Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner, as there is a threat stated to be at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5, and he is apprehending detention as such. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has brought to our notice that he has filed applications dated 21.02.2026, Annexure P-7 and Annexure P-8 to respondents No.2 and 3 bringing to their notice that in the matter involving petitioner (FIR No.51 of 2023), he has been released on bail and after that there is no FIR against him, but the Police Officials are contacting him and threatening him. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Keeping in view the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and take a decision on the said representations within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
